Shipping Coordinator

Sunny Days Entertainment handles shipments across a vast region and requires a skilled logistics coordinator to ensure our supply chains run smoothly. We're looking for a candidate with an eye for detail, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to handle a system with numerous moving parts. Our goals are to make our processes as efficient as possible, maintain good relationships with our carriers, and keep our customers happy.

Requirements

• Coordinate timely and accurate shipments
• Ensure the accuracy of orders and shipping documents
• Identify and fix shipping errors
• Prepare bills and shipping documents
• Oversee production timelines
• Receive orders and check for inventory in our database

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with best practices in supply chain management (minimum of 1- 2 years experience)
• Comfort using logistics management software and strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Knowledge of routing, using retailer portals
• Strong customer service capabilities and ability to multitask
• Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management
