Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Shipping Clerk to join our operations team. The Shipping Clerk will handle shipment processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the dispatch of our products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a shipping role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software
• Physical ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 50lbs
• Good communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments accurately
• Maintain shipping records and documentation
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups
• Inspect products for quality before dispatch
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations
• Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
