Senior Structural Engineer

TekGarden Recruiting is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and evaluating structural systems for various projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity, safety, and durability of structures.

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and optimization of building structures. Your expertise in structural engineering principles, industry standards, and project management will contribute to the success of our projects. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including commercial buildings, residential complexes, bridges, and infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and evaluate structural systems based on project requirements and specifications.
• Perform calculations, simulations, and structural analyses to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of structural systems in building designs.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for structural systems.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing structures and provide recommendations for renovation or retrofitting.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and support staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Structural Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles, concepts, and best practices.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and engineering design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Project management experience with the ability to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
