Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Perform exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strive to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide patient and family education and support. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.

Requirements

• Must have Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
• Must have an advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
• Must have an associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
• No previous experience needed
• Some travel maybe needed for training
• Other certifications may be required upon request
