As a Real Estate Agent specializing in rural and recreational properties at Crosby Land Company, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties in rural and recreational areas. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, conduct property showings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the closing process.

In this role, you will have access to an exclusive inventory of rural and recreational properties, allowing you to provide your clients with a diverse range of options that align with their requirements. You will also collaborate with other agents and brokers, attend networking events, and utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand your client base.

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual with a passion for rural and recreational properties. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in rural areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying and selling rural and recreational properties
  • Conduct property showings and provide detailed information

Requirements

  • Active real estate license (NC, SC, and/or GA)
