The Sunshine House is seeking a Preschool Director-in-Training for our school in the Greenwood area. We are hiring immediately, and would like to meet you!

Salary range: $17-$19, based on experience, education, and credentials.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working in conjunction with a training director, help oversee the daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
- Partner with families to provide the best care and early education for their children.
- Assist with the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and others.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience managing a childcare center.
- Proficient computer skills in a variety of business-related programs, including Microsoft Office.
- A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children.
