As a Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing and optimizing our logistics operations, ensuring the seamless movement and storage of materials. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement logistics strategies that meet the organization’s operational objectives.
- Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory processes to streamline operations.
- Coordinate the scheduling of shipments and deliveries, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to enhance logistics efficiency.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with transport providers to secure the best rates and services.
- Mentor and lead the logistics team to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports for management review.
- Explore tech solutions to improve logistics operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations including transportation and inventory management.

- Experience with contract negotiation and vendor relations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; certifications are advantageous.
