In addition to providing machine tool turnkey solutions for the Aerospace and Industrial Gas Turbine Industries, we offer supported onsite facilities management to give clients full support and technical backup. Winbro is industry leading in new technologies both in design, development, and manufacture.
We are seeking an inside sales-person that can handle daily orders, invoicing, contract reviews, project status updates and external sales team coordination, who can:
- Support the business through administrative tasks for Customers, Sales, and Service team members.
- Assist in quoting and post purchase order management. Including organizing the details of each sale and order processing.
- Manage shipping arrangements, invoice tracking, and reporting on all orders.
- Represent company products as a customer facing professional exceeding our customer expectations.
- Support our business development team through our sales lifecycle – RFQ through Project Closeout. Process production through all steps of the supply chain, both internally in our machining facility thru installation at customer site.
- Coordinate customer interactions throughout sales lifecycle including machine delivery, invoicing/processing payments, and installation.
- Support dealer network by being a point of contact and executing tasks for the end customer’s overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must have 2-5 years working experience with direct customer interactions.
- US Citizen or existing Green Card Holder due to our customer facilities access requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- CRM Knowledge.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point and/or Access) to analyze data and trends.
- Enthusiasm, discipline and drive to succeed to achieve significant results for the Company.
- Performance orientated that will embrace autonomy and accountability for results.
- Willing to travel to potential customers locations and promote the brand at conferences and events.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or relevant experience.
