Bon Secours Wellness Arena is seeking a part-time HR/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our HR department and assist with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications
- Maintain accurate employee time and attendance records
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, and document preparation
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives

Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in business field of study;
- Two years prior work experience in an administrative role, preferably HR
- Prior experience with UKG software, highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations is a plus
