As an Embedded Calibration Technician, you will calibrate and verify embedded dimensional tools according to A2LA/ISO17025 standards. Your role will involve working closely with engineering teams to ensure high precision in measurement and performance.
- Perform calibration and adjustments on embedded dimensional tools/hand tools
- Document calibration results and prepare certification reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure devices meet performance specifications
- Maintain calibration equipment and tools to ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Calibration Technician
- Strong mathematical skills
- Familiarity with Dimensional/Hand Tools/ULM Calibrations
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently find solutions to potential customer issues
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create concise technical reports
- Ability to reason and negotiate complex problems with customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Bending, kneeling, and walking required
- Prolonged standing is required
