Electrical Project Manager

Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading company in to recruit a highly skilled individual for the role of Electrical Project Manager in both Charleston, SC, and/or Charlotte, NC.

This role entails overseeing the direction, financial aspects, and risk management of significant commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.

• A Seasoned Project Leader: Demonstrated success in managing multiple large-scale projects. You possess the skills to coordinate people, resources, objectives, and deliverables for project success, prioritizing the safety of your team above all else.
• A Strategic Thinker: You design and guide project scope and objectives, translating them into comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, tasks, resources, and budgets.
• A Problem-Solving Expert: Proficient in prioritization, delegation, risk evaluation, and multitasking. When challenges arise, you step in to collaborate, direct, and resolve issues to ensure project continuity.
• Process-Driven: You understand the value of utilizing processes, standards, and proactive risk assessment to mitigate problems.
• A Results-Oriented Professional: You emphasize measuring progress and outcomes, both financially and operationally. You provide clarity and simplify complex matters for your team, ensuring accurate planning and forecasting.
• A Relationship Builder: Recognizing the importance of strong relationships, whether with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or colleagues. You are present and approachable on-site, adept at influencing and conflict resolution, fostering respect, collaboration, and effective communication.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent practical experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a focus on managing multiple large-scale projects; electrical construction background preferred.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Accubid, and the MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel regionally to project locations as require
