Drafter/CAD Operator IV - Contingent

Contingent upon contract award.

A qualified Drafter/CAD Operator IV candidate is needed to fill a position located in Charleston, S.C.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in drafting or illustration, or High School diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years with an Associate’s degree or Five (5) years with a High School diploma/GED in drafting/illustrating in the electronics field, including computerized drafting applications, digital imaging techniques, and use of AutoCAD.
• Experience planning and preparing graphic presentations of complex items, with an understanding of DoD processes and procedures.
• Secret clearance required.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
