Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Field Operations to lead and manage our field operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, budgeting, estimating, and leading teams to ensure the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient field operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and estimating for field operations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a senior-level operations role.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and estimating.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
