Join our dynamic eCommerce marketing team at Elevar, where you’ll lead the creation and execution of high-impact campaigns that showcase our cutting-edge conversion tracking solutions and events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage organic social networking, with a focus on engagement.
- Manage third-party advertising on Google Ads (search network, YouTube), LinkedIn, Shopify, and Meta, with a focus on performance and optimization.
- Explore and test new advertising channels to expand reach and improve ROI.
- Ideate, create, and manage ad creatives to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure ad copy aligns with the overall content strategy.
- Work closely with the design team to develop and communicate new ad design ideas.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Create and maintain high-converting landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate, report on, and continuously optimize ad performance based on key metrics.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end ad development, including strategy, messaging, design, and production.
- Demonstrated success in managing campaigns for trial-based, product-led growth organizations.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with a history of personal initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation
The Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $80,000 to $100,000 with bonus opportunity.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
