Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Craft Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the craft recruiting dept within TEiC.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
• Accurately gather, assemble, analyze, enter, and summarize various assortments of data from a wide variety of sources.
• Plans and organizes dept meetings and events; manages meeting time and schedule.
• Prepares business correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations; ensures all documentation is presentable and consistent.
• Completes general administrative tasks including expense reports and travel arrangements for multiple stakeholders.
• Assist with completing company and industry required forms and documents.
• Order supplies to include office essentials, marketing orders, and other pertinent items as needed.
• Attends company meetings and events; records meeting minutes and creates action items.
• Maintains and compiles action item lists; creates effective notification methods.
• Support recruiting department, understanding the need for confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Support various organizations with qualifying and managing relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Invoice support, filing support (electronic and otherwise), and various program support as needed.
• Assist recruiting manager with obtaining and verifying documents for craft employees.
• Utilize ATS software to track and download various documents provided to and/or by craft employees.
• Manage intake, handling, and storage of documents provided by craft employees.
• Communicate with craft employees as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Position Qualifications
• Highly proficient in MS Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, by written, oral, and electronic means
• Ability to handle discreet and confidential information
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to organize wide array of material and data
Education and Experience
• High School graduate, Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of administrative support
