3rd Shift Logistic Team Lead

ISRI is a leading company in the logistics industry, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistic Team Lead to join our 3rd shift team. As a Logistic Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring efficient coordination of shipments, managing team members, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Supervise and train logistics team members, providing guidance and support.
• Plan and optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and customer information.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Manage and resolve any logistics-related incidents or problems.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in logistics technology.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a logistics role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, procedures, and regulations.
• Proficient in using logistics software and systems.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work 3rd shift hours and overtime as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.
