1318-Weaving Manager

• Planning and coordinating the production schedule for the weaving department
• Managing a team of weaving technicians and operators, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitoring the quality of woven fabrics and ensuring that production targets are met
• Maintaining and troubleshooting weaving equipment and machinery, and coordinating maintenance and repair activities as necessary
• Managing the inventory of raw materials, including yarns and fabrics, and ensuring that supplies are ordered and delivered on time
• Strong understanding of weaving technology and textile production processes
• Take part in machinery evaluations and purchasing
• Participate in APQP for all weaving projects
• Promoting the growth of the technology and department
