Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, travel to different locations, and make a positive impact on the lives of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with the established care plan
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, collect data, and document findings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel and work in different healthcare settings
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on the assignment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software

Benefits
Assignments Location: Seaford, DE
Job Title: T-RN
Pay Rate: $1,520-$1,600@40hrs weekly
Overtime: Would be discussed during interview
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Length of assignments: 13 weeks
Guarantee Hours: 40hrs
Time Scheduled: 11:00pm-7:30am
Sign on bonus: $200 on second or third paycheck(One time)
License Required: DE/RN Compact License
Certificate Required: BLS (AHA)
Requirements: Every other weekend
House Assistant: Provided
