Responsibilities:
- Individual responsibility for fostering customer loyalty and encouraging return visits through unique customer interactions.
- Exchange chips for cash.
- Accurately calculate odds for payment.
- Conduct games in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations.
- Safeguard gaming equipment and company assets.
- Participate in and adhere to customer service programs implemented by the company.
- Maintain a positive and professional appearance.
- Promote positive public relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Enthusiastic customer service skills.
- Ability to successfully complete dealer auditions for trained games.
- Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming Operations License.
