Responsibilities:

• Individual responsibility for fostering customer loyalty and encouraging return visits through unique customer interactions.
• Exchange chips for cash.
• Accurately calculate odds for payment.
• Conduct games in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations.
• Safeguard gaming equipment and company assets.
• Participate in and adhere to customer service programs implemented by the company.
• Maintain a positive and professional appearance.
• Promote positive public relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong mathematical skills.
