The Mike Lombardi Law Firm LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team. As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, with a specific focus on auto accident cases. Your main objective will be to negotiate settlements on behalf of our clients and ensure they receive the compensation they deserve for their injuries and damages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of client cases, gathering all relevant evidence and information
- Consult with clients and advise them on their legal rights and options
- Prepare and file legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and pleadings
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and provide expert legal advice
Requirements:
- Active member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Association
- Prior experience in personal injury law, with a focus on auto accident cases
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful settlements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a high caseload
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Requirements
