Mike Lombardi Law Firm LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury/Auto Accident Lawyer to join our team. As a Personal Injury/Auto Accident Lawyer you will need to negotiate and settle pending cases .

Responsibilities

• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests

Requirements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of MA and RI is a bonus
• Demonstrated success in negotiating favorable settlements for clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
