Manufacturing Process Technician DS/NS

At BioPharma Consulting JAD Group, we are seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team. As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will be responsible for performing various manufacturing processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMPs). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the production of life-saving pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manufacturing processes as per SOPs and batch records.
• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and cleaning.
• Follow safety guidelines and adhere to GMP requirements.
• Document activities accurately and maintain batch records.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving process issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on operations: set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of various manufacturing equipment.
• Performing and monitoring critical processes with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting
• Performing in-process sampling of equipment and operating analytical equipment.
• Regularly lift up to 35lbs, push and pull objects requiring up to 50lbs of force, and work on your feet for long durations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of GMPs and cleanroom operations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMPs and cleanroom operations.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of Manufacturing or Operations experience.
