Must pass drug test and background check.

Seeking 3 Plating Operators 
1st shift (6AM – 2:30PM Mon - Fri) Pay rate for 1st is $20/PH 
2nd shift (2PM – 10:30PM Mon - Fri) Pay rate for 2nd is $22/PH
3rd shift (10PM – 6:30AM - Sun - Thurs) Pay rate for 3rd is $23/PH
Must be able to Lift 50 lbs


(Any machine operator experience will work).  WILL BE WORKING WITH CHEMICALS.  Please screen for this.



Job Description:

·         Machine Operator Experience

·         Loading parts and doing self-inspection of parts

·         Lifting 50 lbs

·         Wil works with Chemicals. 

·         Run samples, cut sample strips and turn in to Quality for approval of production run.

·         After Quality approval, operate plating line in accordance with SOP & Work Instructions.

·         Utilize SIP for customer specific requirements and awareness of plating specifications.

·         Complete dissolves, test pH & Baume, and use True Chem. to locate chemical data as needed and interface with Chem. Lab as needed.

·         Perform changes including solutions, rinses, brushes, electrical & mechanical equipment, tooling, and install anode baskets as required.

·         Using a scale, do a piece count and accurately record scrap into Label Verify.

·         At end of shift, ensure equipment is in proper state including solutions, rinses, brushes, electrical & mechanical equipment.

·         Complete & submit all necessary paperwork.
