Guest Services - Front Desk Agent - Holiday Inn Express, MIddletown, RI

Join our fantastic team at the Holiday Inn Express, Middletown, RI as a Front Desk Agent!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to provide outstanding service to our guests. This position is essential in ensuring a positive first impression for our guests. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns with a warm and professional demeanor.

We need a team member with the flexibility to work 3PM -11PM shifts and also a few shifts overnight 11PM- 7AM.

Pay: $17 - $18 Per Hour

Shift: Part- Time

Schedule: PM shifts- 3-11PM & Overnights 11PM- 7AM

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the system.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist with the management of reservations and room assignments.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
