We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for local assignments. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
- Transfer patients safely to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Help patients with range of motion exercises and physical therapy routines
- Observe and report any changes in patients' condition or behavior to the nurse
- Ensure patients' rooms are clean and tidy
- Assist with documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CNA preferred
- Basic knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical endurance and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Shift Hours : 8 / 12 hours
Shift : Day/ Night
Pay rate: $720 - $800 weekly base on experience
Hours per Week: 30-40 hours
Experience Required: 2 years
License Required: Compact or RI License
Covid 19: must be fully vaccinated
Sign on bonus: $200 (one time on second paycheck)
$750 Bonus for qualified candidates that starts within 5days of this offer
