Bodily Injury Insurance Adjuster

Part Time Adjuster: Mike Lombardi Law Firm LLC is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Adjuster to join our team. As an Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients. Your main objective will be to assess the extent of damages and injuries, determine liability, and ensure our clients receive the fair compensation they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate insurance claims and gather relevant information and evidence
• Assess damages, injuries, and liability for each claim
• Negotiate and settle insurance claims with insurance companies
• Prepare reports and documentation for each claim
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to build strong cases
• Maintain accurate records of all claim activities
• Stay updated on insurance laws and regulations

Requirements:

Rhode Island and Massachusetts

• Prior experience as an Insurance Adjuster or similar role
• Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously
• Proficiency in using insurance claims software and tools
• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills

Requirements

Prior experience as an Insurance Adjuster or similar role

Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously

Proficiency in using insurance claims software and tools
