Warehouse Team Member

Role Summary:
As a Warehouse Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, handling a variety of essential tasks that ensure smooth and efficient distribution of our eco-conscious products. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys an active, hands-on environment and wants to be part of a team focused on making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Organizing: Unload incoming shipments and organize products in the warehouse, ensuring that everything is properly sorted and stored.
• Order Preparation: Accurately pick and prepare products for customer orders, following specifications and meeting quality standards.
• Quality Control: Perform checks on orders and products to ensure they are accurate and well-prepared for eco-friendly delivery.
• Inventory Support: Help track stock levels, report low stock, and assist in regular inventory counts.
• Contribute to Sustainability: Actively engage in our sustainability practices, such as recycling packaging materials and minimizing waste.
• Collaborative Work: Coordinate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and help achieve daily targets.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role preferred.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory systems or data entry.

Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to a greener world.

Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
