Warehouse Team Member

Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, handling a variety of essential tasks that ensure smooth and efficient distribution of our eco-conscious products. Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Organizing: Unload incoming shipments and organize products in the warehouse, ensuring that everything is properly sorted and stored.
• Order Preparation: Accurately pick and prepare products for customer orders, following specifications and meeting quality standards.
• Quality Control: Perform checks on orders and products to ensure they are accurate and well-prepared for eco-friendly delivery.
• Inventory Support: Help track stock levels, report low stock, and assist in regular inventory counts.
• Contribute to Sustainability: Actively engage in our sustainability practices, such as recycling packaging materials and minimizing waste.
• Collaborative Work: Coordinate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and help achieve daily targets.

Requirements

• Attention to Detail: Able to work accurately and efficiently, with a focus on ensuring orders are picked and packed correctly.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/moving for extended periods.
• Dependable: A reliable and responsible team player who contributes positively to our warehouse environment.
