For this role:
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all warehouse activities in the Medical Guardian fulfillment center. This person will ensure efficient processes, maximize warehouse performance and foster a culture of trust, growth and accountability within the team. The fulfillment team sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, e-commerce and IT and works collaboratively with other associates in the warehouse to deliver a world class customer experience. As the leader of the fulfillment team, you are passionate about results, providing our customers with a great delivery experience, delivering feedback and challenging the status quo. You are dependable, have excellent organization and time management skills and are an effective leader.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assign daily tasks to warehouse team
- Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse performance
- Maintain a clean facility, including working and storage areas
- Track and coordinate receipt, storage and delivery of goods and materials
- Check orders, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy
- Perform quality checks daily on all internal departments
- Ensure proper safety procedures are being followed when operating machinery
- Communicate and escalate problems to minimize warehouse impact and ensure timely resolution
Requirements
Desired Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, eCommerce operations and 3 years of previous supervisory experience is preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- Knowledge of Datex or similar WMS preferred
