The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, scheduling, and customer service, along with a basic knowledge of accounting. This role requires excellent communication skills, a great English accent, and exceptional organizational abilities. Performance-based bonuses are available.
Requirements
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms. Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events. Ensure all schedules are up-to-date and conflicts are resolved promptly.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and email management.
- Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record maintenance.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, clients, and partners. Ensure all communications are timely and effective.
