Requirements

    • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms. Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
    • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events. Ensure all schedules are up-to-date and conflicts are resolved promptly.
    • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
    • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and email management.
    • Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record maintenance.
    • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, clients, and partners. Ensure all communications are timely and effective.
    • Organization: Implement and maintain efficient organizational systems to support the company's smooth operation.
