Tutor, Grades 9-12, Local School Program (Remote)

This is a program being stewarded by a local tutoring program. These programs are often described as "remote drop-in tutoring." This is an excellent way to learn about remote, small group, homework support tutoring.

Virtual Tutors

★ Deliver virtual sessions to students and consumer clients

○ Majority of sessions will be students from various school districts

○ Tutors are encouraged to accept sessions with consumer clients as well

★ Tutors are independent contractors

○ W9/1099

Requirements

• Earned Bachelor's Degree, State Teaching Certification or Provision Certificate preferred
• Current CORI background check
• Internet and experience or strong comfort level delivering online learning support

Benefits

Pay rate:

I. School Districts

■ $14 per hour for 1:1 sessions

■ Group sessions are $14 per hour for the first student + $5 for each

additional student that attends the session

II. Private clients:

■ $25 per hour
