About the Job

We are seeking a creative T-Shirt Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in illustration and design, with a specific focus on t-shirt design. They will be passionate about creating original designs that resonate with our target audience and reflect the unique Printfresh aesthetic. This position is freelance (1099/invoiced) and can be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design original t-shirt graphics that align with the Printfresh brand, focusing on creativity, uniqueness, and market trends.

• Develop and execute design concepts from initial idea to final product, ensuring all designs are on-brand and meet production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure designs are cohesive with our overall brand vision and seasonal themes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, particularly in the fashion and t-shirt design space, and incorporate these trends into your work as needed.
• Prepare and deliver final design files that are ready for production, ensuring all technical specifications are met.
• Provide input and ideas for new product lines and design concepts that will appeal to our customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing t-shirt graphics, ideally for a womens fashion brand

• A strong portfolio showcasing your t-shirt design work, with a focus on creativity and trend awareness. Must have wide variety of illustrations and tshirt graphics to be considered for this position. 
• Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and other relevant design software.
• Creativity: A passion for creating unique, eye-catching designs that stand out in the market.
• Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of current graphic and fashion trends, especially in the t-shirt and apparel industry.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure all designs are accurate, production-ready, and meet high-quality standards.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the design team.
• Experience: Previous experience in t-shirt design or a related field is preferred.
