We will focus on onboarding during the first week of your AIIR internship experience. You will also learn more about our products and service lines during this time. You will spend time meeting with your direct manager teammates! You can expect great fun and learning throughout this three-month experience.
We seek a rising senior undergraduate for a summer internship opportunity with AIIR Consulting. This position is also an internship to hire opportunities contingent upon needs and fit. We seek someone strongly interested in organizational psychology, HR, leadership development, or instructional design. Our internship will start on June 3rd. This hybrid position will require three days onsite at our Bala Cynwyd office.
