Tax Manager

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our client's team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area and delivering quality tax services to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Utilize your knowledge and understanding of flow through taxation, partnerships, and s-corporations
• Provide tax compliance, planning, and advisory services to our clients
• Review work papers prepared by staff, recommend changes, and implement additional documentation as required by applicable tax law and firm policy
• Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates to ensure the completion of tax engagements in an efficient and timely manner
• Participate in business development activities to expand our client base, including attending networking events, industry meetings, and thought leadership and speaking engagements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
• Active CPA or EA license preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
• Strong accounting, analytical, technical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Willingness to travel locally on a limited basis, as needed
• Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States
