Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert financial guidance and personalized solutions to our clients, helping them navigate complex financial situations and achieve their financial goals. The Service Advisor will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, offering strategic advice, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored financial plans to meet clients' specific needs and goals.
  • Assist clients with executive compensation, career transitions, divorce planning, and family wealth management.
  • Monitor and manage clients' financial portfolios, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Identify and address clients' financial concerns, offering informed solutions and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and financial plans.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of clients' financial situations and adjust plans accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Series 7, Series 65 or 66 (Investment Advisor License)
  •  3+ years of industry experience
  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and wealth management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or similar certification is preferred.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to fiduciary duty.
