As an SEO Growth Strategist, you will: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive on-site and off-site SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve rankings. 
• Conduct ongoing competitor research to benchmark performance, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities for competitive advantage. 
• Perform regular SEO audits to ensure optimal site health and technical performance. 
• Optimize website structure, page content, metadata, and internal linking to improve search visibility. 
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing local search presence, including Google Business Profiles, local keywords, and citations. 
• Collaborate with the content team to create, manage, and optimize SEO-focused content strategies. 
• Conduct detailed keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and create optimization plans. 
• Focus on enhancing Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-A-T) signals across site content and backlink strategies to align with search engine quality guidelines. 
• Implement and analyze A/B tests for on-page SEO elements to continuously refine and improve performance. 
• Identify gaps in content offerings and provide recommendations to create high-value, keyword-rich content that aligns with audience needs and search intent. 
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, and other platforms to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 
• Educate internal teams and stakeholders on SEO principles and strategies to foster a culture of SEO awareness and collaboration. 
• Collaborate with developers and designers to monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, ensuring a high-performing and user-friendly website experience. 
• Stay informed on industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices to keep strategies effective and competitive. 
• Work with UX and design teams to ensure SEO efforts contribute to improved conversions and user experience. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

• At least 5 years of SEO experience, including on-site and off-site SEO, technical SEO, and content management. 
• Proven expertise in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking and reporting SEO performance. 
• Proficiency in WordPress; experience with Shopify is a strong plus. 
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a bonus. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms. 
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
