Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

Role Overview: Provide expert production and process engineering support for ongoing operations and new processes. Implement engineering studies, designs, and improvements to optimize utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement projects, managing scope, schedule, and cost.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement recommendations.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities for production efficiency.
- Monitor productivity, process yields, and performance to meet production targets.
- Optimize equipment life and plant profitability through engineering services.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, offering technical support.
- Identify and address equipment corrosion and erosion.
- Advise on maintenance activities and their economic impacts.
- Train on new technologies and methods to enhance equipment reliability.
- Conduct cost analysis and life cycle assessments for equipment.
- Lead turnaround planning and support reliability improvement projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in chemical manufacturing.
- 6+ years in chemical manufacturing, with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering
- Strong project management skills.
- Expertise in equipment reliability and process optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all plant personnel.
