Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

Location: Lemont, Pennsylvania, United States

Experience Required: 6+ years in chemical manufacturing, with a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Role Overview: Provide expert production and process engineering support for ongoing operations and new processes. Implement engineering studies, designs, and improvements to optimize utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement projects, managing scope, schedule, and cost.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement recommendations.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities for production efficiency.
• Monitor productivity, process yields, and performance to meet production targets.
• Optimize equipment life and plant profitability through engineering services.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, offering technical support.
• Identify and address equipment corrosion and erosion.
• Advise on maintenance activities and their economic impacts.
• Train on new technologies and methods to enhance equipment reliability.
• Conduct cost analysis and life cycle assessments for equipment.
• Lead turnaround planning and support reliability improvement projects.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in chemical manufacturing.
•  6+ years in chemical manufacturing, with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering
• Strong project management skills.
• Expertise in equipment reliability and process optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all plant personnel.
