Position Overview:

As the Senior Client Strategist at AIIR Consulting, you will be the face of our organization, drawing upon your expertise in leadership development, coaching, and team performance to guide your daily initiatives. This pivotal role entails cultivating strategic relationships and identifying new logo clients. You will use your consultative selling skills, effective communication, and compelling presentations to engage with critical stakeholders, igniting enthusiasm and driving action to secure new business opportunities. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this position is integral to our success. For candidates outside the Bala Cynwyd/Philadelphia area, remote work is an option, while local candidates can enjoy a hybrid work schedule.

  • Sell AIIR’s services, products, and solutions individually and combine them into a comprehensive leadership solution.
  • Become an expert in our offerings and be a go-to source for clients and prospects who want more information about our products and solutions.
  • Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
  • Properly scope opportunities; align with organizational capabilities and client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects
  • Take qualified leads and develop opportunities using a team-based approach
  • Close qualified opportunities
  • Create compelling sales pitches and presentations
  • Lead the RFP process to ensure responses are delivered on time
  • Provide sales support for the Account Management team as needed
  • Follow sales process, including logging activities, maintaining an accurate pipeline, and other sales reporting as needed
  • Stay on top of market trends and observe current needs to provide AIIR with market intelligence
  • Be a “Brand Ambassador” that represents the company’s brand and values

Requirements

  • Strong negotiating and selling skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Work well cross-functionally, but also be able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 5 - 7 years of experience selling complex solutions
  • Bachelors degree
