Senior Audit Associate

Responsibilities:

• Execute and lead financial audits for a diverse client base
• Conduct risk assessments, identify control weaknesses, and develop audit plans
• Perform testing of financial data, internal controls, and operational processes
• Analyze and interpret audit findings, and prepare comprehensive reports
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to address client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field
• Three (3) to five (5) years of strong attestation experience
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multi-task and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments
• Dedicated to superior client service
