- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track account metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize client outcomes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s-level degree and technology experience are required
Minimum of 4 years of client account management experience
Strong business acumen with client-focused attitude
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Experience with CRM software preferred
Demonstrated experience in a quota-driven sales environment
