Requirements

Requirements:

• Active School Counselor certification/license - Pennsylvania certification preferred but not required (we reimburse for cross-licensing)
• Master's degree in School Counseling or related field
• Prior experience in a school counseling role
• Experience providing counseling services to diverse and special education student populations
• Strong knowledge of counseling theories, interventions, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and their families
• Comfortable with technology and virtual counseling platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Commitment to student success and well-being
• Flexible and adaptable
