Working Hours: 9 am- 5 pm EST
Must work from our Yardley, PA office – this position does not offer work-from-home. Candidates will live within 15-30 minutes commuting distance of the office, own their transportation, and be able to drive to the office.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to Recruit, Lead, Manage, and hold the Sales teams Accountable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, mentor, and train new sales team members.
- Performance Assessments: Conduct regular performance assessments to optimize team efficiency.
- Establish guidelines and provide clear directions to the sales team.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team to align with company objectives.
- Sales Processes: Develop, implement, and oversee winning sales processes.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Leadership Team to contribute strategically.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Sales Leadership experience within IT / ERP Talent Search / Staff Augmentation firm
- Previous EOS experience is a BIG plus.
- Proven ability to manage a sales team
- Proven recruitment of sales hires
- Proven sales performance management
- Previous experience in setting up and managing sales processes.
- Strong cultural fit with the company and ability to hire accordingly.
Focus Industries: (US & Canada)
- ERP (Oracle Cloud, Peoplesoft, Workday, UKG, Microsoft SAP) Systems Integrators
or Direct/end clients.

- SLED (State & Local Government + Education)
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Team Building: Hire 1-3 Experienced Sales Executives per quarter.
- Build a team of 5-10 sales executives by the end of the first year.
- Achieve first-year sales gross profit of $1M
- Process Setup: Set up sales processes and contribute to strategy.
- Guidelines Establishment: Establish guidelines and directions for the sales team.
- Hold the Sales Team Accountable for accomplishing goals and objectives.

Benefits
On Target Total Compensation; $164K + Benefits
Base Salary: $100K
Annual Bonus: $20K (paid on the anniversary with the company)
Incentives – First year $40K for achieving sales gross profit ($1M) goal.
