Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through B2B sales and marketing channels, including networking events, and referrals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Perform market research and analysis to remain informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Develop compelling presentations and proposals that effectively highlight the advantages of our energy solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including customer service and product development, to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales activity reports and performance forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior sales or marketing experience, ideally within the energy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
