Summary:

TalentLNX is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reimbursement Case Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reimbursement process for healthcare providers and ensuring timely and accurate payment for services rendered. Role & Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare providers regarding reimbursement inquiries and claims processing.

- Conduct comprehensive reviews of reimbursement claims to identify any inaccuracies or discrepancies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during the review process.

- Process reimbursement claims in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of all reimbursement activities, including claim status and payment details.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to healthcare providers to ensure understanding of the reimbursement process and facilitate timely payment.

- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to reimbursement guidelines to ensure compliance and proper handling of claims.

- Assist in the development and implementation of new reimbursement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Foster positive relationships with healthcare providers and provide exceptional customer service.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

- This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

- The role operates in a professional office environment.

- Some travel may be required to attend meetings or conferences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and interpret complex reimbursement guidelines and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with healthcare providers and internal teams.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.

- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems and processes.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
