Registered Nurse Home Health

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for our client's Home Health division. As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, creating care plans, administering medication, providing wound care, and monitoring patient progress. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients and their families.

What you need to know:

• Fulltime | Monday - Friday

• Flexible schedules, no long shifts, and minimal weekend shifts a year

• A comprehensive 6-week RN onboarding program

• Travel Position (Travel Reimbursement provided)

• **This is a Pay Per Visit position**

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Valid and active RN license in the state of PA
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or a related field
• Associates Degree or higher in Nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered care approach
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
• BLS and CPR Certification (if you don't have this - we will help you get it!)
