Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate registered nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Responsibilities:

- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

- Documenting patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner

- Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare team members effectively

- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and patient care conferences

- Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

- Adhering to hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

Requirements

Requirements:

- Current license to practice as a registered nurse

- Assoicate's degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience

- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
