What’s the job all about?
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects to ensure all deliverables are on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. This role includes complete ownership of project planning, communication, execution, and success. Your goal is to deliver the full value of working with us, aligning project outcomes with both the client’s and our company’s strategic objectives. You will work alongside senior project managers and team leads, gaining valuable experience in managing enterprise-level digital projects and playing a key role in the execution of Crowd Favorite’s mission.
Success as a Project Manager at Crowd Favorite is defined by the delivery of elite-quality work while creating an outstanding client experience. You will be expected to meet and, where possible, exceed project estimates and financial goals. This role requires adaptability, strong decision-making skills, and technical insight to guide both clients and project teams effectively.
You will collaborate closely with our creative and development teams. Efficiency, multitasking, and adaptability are vital to succeed in this high-demand environment. Your responsibilities include aligning client expectations with project outcomes, ensuring that projects meet the client’s business goals, and understanding the technology being used in order to guide projects to success.

Requirements
Specific Responsibilities
- Task Ownership & Project Support: Take ownership of task-level planning, milestone tracking, and day-to-day project execution to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Client Communication & Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing weekly, documented updates on project status. Align project objectives with clients’ business goals and ensure a smooth, transparent experience.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and manage Crowd Favorite’s production resources, ensuring that our clients receive the highest-quality work, on time, and within budget. Maintain or exceed client expectations, supporting the delivery of strategic goals. Interact and cooperate with Project Leads and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects to clients.
- Resource Planning & Risk Management: Oversee resource allocation and develop contingency plans for shortages or overages. Identify and manage project risks early, creating and executing mitigation strategies and contingency plans where needed.
- Scope & Documentation Control: Manage and document project scope, schedule, budget, and specifications, ensuring all parameters are met and client expectations are appropriately managed. Monitor project health, including status, budget, and profitability, and prevent scope creep or budget overages.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including client engagement, design, development, and client experience, to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and executed effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Test developed solutions prior to client delivery for User Acceptance Testing, ensuring they meet quality standards. Create accountability in the resources so that QA will be more effective and easier to review and course correct.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist the Director of Client Delivery by contributing to sales collateral and case studies to maintain timeliness and relevance.
- Documentation & Asset Management: Maintain project documentation and assets, ensuring they are stored appropriately and accessible to team members and stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Report on project health to internal and external stakeholders, sharing updates on delivery status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Skillset

- Technical Competency: Proficient in productivity and office software, including the Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and resource tracking/reporting tools. Familiarity with CMS platforms and eCommerce systems is helpful but secondary to organizational and management proficiency.
- Financial Acuity: Clear and complete understanding of budget items, time to complete principles and warning signs of being off course.
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 3-5 years’ experience working with creative agencies, UI designers and QA to implement web features
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on-time and on-budget
- Familiarity with open source technologies and development methodologies preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/distributed team
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Experience in working with CMS and eCommerce systems
- Advanced Certifications: PMI-ACP, A-CSM or PSM-II, and PMP or CAPM required
- This position requires a B2 CEFR level of spoken and written English language proficiency
