Duke Corporate Education is seeking a motivated Project Director to join our team of experienced business and learning experts. As part of our premier global leadership solutions provider, the Project Director will play a key role in developing and driving leadership development solutions for our clients. Responsibilities
- Translate client needs into actionable project plans and drive progress towards deliverables.
- Manage project budget, contract, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
- Lead project team members by providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure project milestones and goals are met.
- Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues to drive resolution.
- Compile and analyze data to evaluate project performance.
Requirements
Must Haves
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, education management industry preferred.
- Experience in Learning and Development program design, Leadership Development preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence project team members to drive success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
