As a Phlebotomy Instructor, you will play a crucial role in training and educating students in the field of phlebotomy. You will have the opportunity to shape the next generation of phlebotomists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive phlebotomy courses to students.
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans to effectively teach phlebotomy techniques and procedures.
• Provide hands-on training to students in venipuncture, capillary puncture, and other relevant techniques.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in phlebotomy and ensure course content is up to date.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for student success.
• Mentor and guide students throughout their phlebotomy education journey.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Certified Phlebotomy Instructor (CPI) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a phlebotomist.
• Strong knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
