Summary:
TalentLNX is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Closed Door Pharmacy Technician to join our innovative healthcare team. In this role, you will work in a closed-door pharmacy environment, focusing on preparing and dispensing medications while providing exceptional service to healthcare professionals and patients. Role & Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and dispense medications according to prescriptions, ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and medication management.
- Assist in inventory management by maintaining appropriate stock levels of medications and supplies.
- Manage prescription orders by verifying patient information, processing transactions, and consulting with healthcare providers when needed.
- Perform medication reviews to identify potential drug interactions, allergies, or contraindications to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain accurate records of all medication dispensing activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to healthcare providers, addressing inquiries regarding medications and prescriptions promptly.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in pharmacy practices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards and uphold pharmacy policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations effectively.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
- The role operates in a closed-door pharmacy environment, minimizing direct patient interactions.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy technician role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and dispensing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and medication safety
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy management software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a closed-door pharmacy setting
- Knowledge of sterile compounding processes
- Familiarity with various pharmacy system software
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
